What "verified-tier" actually means: every dev on Exitr has run the AI interview in their terminal, verified their GitHub via OAuth Device Flow, and either completed an Exitr project (Deep platform tier) or is in the pool waiting for their first match (Open). No karma points. No self-reported skills. No bots.
You browse the result. Portfolios are auto-built from the Full interview, opt-in by the dev. Filter, expand to the full /u/<handle> page, ping the ones that fit. Pings are rate-limited per scout so the pool doesn't get spammed, and pings are sent through Exitr — the dev sees who and why; you don't see decline rates.
